A few months back, I picked up Queen of the Slayers by Nancy Holder from my library bookshelf and, okay fine, I read it.  Figured it was about time I tried one, since I own both the Buffy and Angel DVD sets in their entirety.

The problem with Queen of the Slayers isn’t that it’s written by Not Joss Whedon.   In theory, people other than Joss Whedon can still tell good stories based on his universes.

So I have no idea why Holder couldn’t.
